Terms and Conditions

I. Introductory Provisions and Purpose of the Terms

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the provision of services and digital content
offered by the Provider through the web interface
www.propojenisezviretem.cz
and through remote communication (email, phone, messages, forms).

The Terms form an integral part of the contract concluded between the Provider and the Client. Individually agreed provisions that differ
take precedence over these Terms.

By submitting an order or confirming the engagement, the Client confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

II. Important Definitions

1. Provider

2. Client

A Client is a natural or legal person who orders the Provider’s services or digital content.

3. Consumer

A Consumer is a natural person acting outside the scope of their business or professional activities.
If the Client provides a business identification number (IČO) in the order, they are presumed to be acting as a business.

4. Services

Individual consultations, supportive work, animal communication, saying goodbye to an animal, mentoring, EFT, and other services
listed on the website or agreed upon individually.

5. Digital Content

Materials provided electronically (e.g., PDFs, audio, video, online programs) that may be included in the offerings now or in the future.

III. Orders and Formation of the Contract

The Client orders services or digital content through a web form, email, message, or by prior arrangement.

The contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the order.

The Provider reserves the right to refuse an order, particularly due to capacity constraints, ethical considerations, or other serious reasons.

IV. Price and Payment Terms

The price of services or digital content is listed on the website or communicated to the Client individually in advance.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made before the service begins or the digital content is made available.

Payment is cashless (bank transfer or online payment, depending on the options currently available).

At the Client’s request, the Provider will issue electronic proof of payment.

V. Provision of Services and Delivery of Digital Content

Services

Services are provided online, remotely, or in person, as agreed. The date or method of delivery is agreed upon when the order is confirmed.

Digital Content

Digital content is delivered by email, through a link, or by providing online access. The Client is responsible for the technical equipment required to use it.

VI. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Cooperation

If a specific service appointment has been agreed upon, the Client may request a change. The Provider always tries to find an alternative solution,
where circumstances permit.

If the Client fails to provide the necessary cooperation (e.g., fails to supply materials, respond, or connect at the agreed time),
the service may be considered used to the extent corresponding to the reserved capacity.

Nonrefundable Deposit for Late Cancellation

When booking a consultation, the price may include a deposit of $25 USD, which serves to reserve the appointment
and set aside the Provider’s capacity.

If the Client cancels a consultation less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment,
this deposit may be used to cover the costs associated with reserving the appointment and setting aside the Provider’s capacity.

If a consultation is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, an alternative appointment may be arranged.

VII. Nature of the Services and Liability

The Provider’s services are supportive, consultative, and developmental in nature.

The services provided are not healthcare services within the meaning of the Healthcare Services Act.

The services do not replace medical, veterinary, psychological, or other professional care.

The Provider is not liable for specific results of the services, as these depend on the Client’s individual situation and other circumstances.

VIII. Copyright

Digital content is protected by copyright and is intended solely for the Client’s personal use.

Without the Provider’s consent, the content may not be further distributed, copied, or made available to third parties.

IX. Withdrawal from the Contract

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless otherwise provided by law.

For digital content made available immediately after payment, the Client may consent to performance beginning before this period expires,
thereby extinguishing the right of withdrawal.

The Consumer acknowledges that, under Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code, they have no right to withdraw from a contract for services
if the services are to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

Services with a reserved appointment are subject to the cancellation terms set out in these Terms or to an individual agreement.

X. Handling Concerns and Communication

If you have questions or need clarification, you may contact the Provider directly. Most situations are resolved by mutual agreement.

If a consumer dispute arises, the Consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

XI. Final Provisions

These Terms may be updated, and the new version takes effect upon publication on the website.

If any provision becomes invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in force.
